- This blog was started by an (unfortunate) career waitress who obviously chose the wrong college major. Doing everything from turn-and-burn to fine establishments, it takes her 8 tables to get weeded, but it never ceases to amuse her what she overhears her tables talk about in a public setting.
Dining Out Loud aims to be a collaborative, a place where waitstaff and other front of the house employees can share some absurdities of their job while remaining anonymous.
